  Bloor Homes in my back garden!.Bloor homes Nailed my gate shut , shaved my hedge and built over my tree roots . Bloor Homes tried to get my boundary as theirs, so that Bloor homes can fit their building into plot 235.which has been surveyed inaccurately ......Cheltenham Borough Council do not hold Bloor Homes accountable for breaking Planning conditions 6 & 7 by virtue of missing my tree off plan. Bloor Homes did not put a protection barrier down for my tree as said in their mission statements regarding tree protection instead a root killing aggregate - Bloor Homes and CBC think my 6.5 high meter tree is not there or regard it as a shrub!.... My tree has a 5meter root protection area radius which has been ignored ... killing my 6.5 meter high tree. Light and Views taken by Bloor Homes Development from existing residence . Worse development for this day and age - as expressed by Cheltenham Civic Society .
